Speak at our Conference
All submissions must be submitted by March 1, 2019
The committee is particularly interested in topics related to innovation/tech and case studies. We encourage any wellness consultants, attorneys or “experts” to invite clients/employers to co-present, regardless of topic. This gives an element of practicality to each session, giving the attendees actual “best practices” to take away from the Summit.
We are also seeking advanced, strategically-oriented and practical presentations and speakers.
Turning in a presentation abstract does not guarantee you a spot on the agenda. The Summit agenda committee will decide from the submitted presentations which are appropriate for the 2019 agenda.
You are welcome to submit multiple presentations.
ACTION ITEM: Access the CFP form here. The due date for the CFP form to be returned is March 1, 2019.
Due to promotional and continuing education deadlines, late entries will not be considered. Only submissions provided via the online portal will be considered by the committee; please do not submit presentations via email.
We plan to offer several TED©-style 12-15-minute sessions we are calling “flash sessions” during the Summit. We envision these to be topics such as innovation and self-improvement. (This would not likely be the place for a topic based in regulatory compliance, for example.)
ACTION ITEM: If you are interested in submitting a flash session, please click here. You may submit multiple flash sessions. Only submissions provided via the online portal will be considered by the committee; please do not submit presentations via email.
Notification of Selection
Our goal is to notify you whether your session was selected by May 9, 2019.
